Fragments, Languages and the Referendum
The last week has been a very busy one. I've been posting out various wallets, as well as getting the fragmentsorganised and also dealing with children schools, choir and athletics. Pretty tiring.
I guess the MRI was OK, nobody called, which probably means there's nothing wrong. I'd love confirmation of this though!
I'm also doing some research for the Conversation Group, in Europe. The research is in different languages, which I really enjoy.
Part of living in Ireland means I get extremely bored with the English language ( no offence to anyone). That little bit of French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and German made me feel more like myself again.
With the referendum on the European treaty on the way, and looking at the No voters' opinions, I can't help but think that it might actually be better for for Ireland if Europe did take over the governance of this country (which is not the plan, actually!). Maybe then the Health system, the schools , the roads, etc. would finally be sorted out! Honestly now, they haven't done a very good job of it until now, have they! And it doesn't look like there's any improvement on the way either.
